what ever I enervative or Kaushal is feeling or going through in my life is here.... this is my journey to be a dentist in this foreign country far away from home...come join me ! So here i am...this is me...of all the people i could be....this is what i choose to be !
Patient: People told me my case is complex and I need to go to UCSF because you guys have good instruments and technology here.
Me: Yes.... Kinda....
Patient: Well can you tell me about it? Is it Expensive?
Me: Well you tell ? the instrument is Brain and the technology is Knowledge !
The look on patient face : Priceless :-)

With a goodman's lantern in our hand... we start your journey across barren land, while walking through crests and troughs of life's lonely path... we can see ahead barely six feet of the path, we proceed with light of wisdom and faith in our hand.. although can't see invariably till the end... but as we travel so on and next, we see further six feet and so the rest, thats the way of life and thats how we gather, travelling all the way miles altogether, and as we propogate in right direction... ..winning all hurdles, negotiating all difficult bends, we reach our life's goal... success, happiness in the end !
